NSF Summer Institute on Nano Mechanics and Materials Travel Grants
Co-sponsored by the NSF and the NSF Summer Institute on Nano Mechanics and Materials and managed by the United States Association for Computational Mechanics (USACM)

US Institutional professors, post-doctorial fellows and students are encouraged to apply for travel grants to attend the 7th World Congress on Computational Mechanics and the short course entitled:

Multiscale Computational Methods and Applications

Travel grants up to $800 will be awarded. All applicants must be associated with a US university or college; in addition, faculty and post-doctoral fellows must be USACM members. To be considered for this grant, you must already have an accepted abstract for the World Congress and you must register for the short course no later than May 31, 2006. In addition, the abstract and a one page curriculum vitae should be submitted, no later than May 31, 2006, to:

USACM Travel Grant
Sponsored by the United States Association for Computational Mechanics

Young investigators are encouraged to apply for travel grants to attend WCCM VII, sponsored by the USACM. Travel grants up to $800 will be awarded.  Applicants must be USACM members who received their Ph.D. degree (or highest terminal degree) no earlier than 2001 or must be current graduate students at a US university.  To be considered for this grant, you must have submitted an abstract to the World Congress no later than March 15, 2006.  In addition, the abstract and a one page curriculum vitae should be submitted, no later than March 15, 2006, to:
